DELIVERY TIME

We will pick your order within 1-2 working days, unless the item is listed - sold out. For these products, picking may take up to 7 days.

TRANSPORT PRICES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Free shipping applies for orders over CZK 899 incl. VAT and total weight of the order up to 30 kg.

The delivery fee is charged in the amount of 30 CZK.

We charge according to the method of transport:

• DPD
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 10 kg at a price of 79 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 30 kg for the price of 109 CZK (cash on delivery 139 CZK)
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 60 kg at a price of 199 CZK (cash on delivery 229 CZK)
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 100 kg at a price of 399 CZK (cash on delivery 429 CZK)
• PPL ParcelShop
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 5 kg at a price of 59 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 10 kg at a price of 79 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 20 kg at a price of 99 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)
• PPL
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 30 kg for the price of 109 CZK (cash on delivery 139 CZK)
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 60 kg at a price of 199 CZK (COD 229 CZK)
• Mailroom
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 5 kg at a price of 59 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 10 kg for the price of 109 CZK (cash on delivery is not possible)

We charge according to the method of transport:

• PPL
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 15 kg at a price of EUR 8 (cash on delivery is not possible)
• delivery to a specified address for a total order weight of up to 30 kg at a price of EUR 14 (cash on delivery is not possible)
• Mailroom
• delivery to a delivery point for a total order weight of up to 5 kg at a price of EUR 4 (cash on delivery is not possible)

• Cash on delivery - payment in cash to the shipping service upon receipt

• Transfer from your bank account - standard transfer from your bank or instantly by taking a picture of the QR code with your smartphone, where the payment order is filled in automatically, bank connection: 246198037/0300 ČSOB
  
   For foreign clients, payment can only be made by bank transfer or credit card

ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT

Upon receipt of the shipment, we recommend checking the goods from the carrier. In particular, the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and in case of any defects, it is best to notify the carrier itself in writing.
